The owner, Griffith, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my Maytag dishwasher's ailment. It needed a new control panel, which is what I suspected. He ordered the part right away and arranged a time to come back and do the repair. He returned a week later. He apologized for being 5 minutes late, which was no big deal to me, but it shows how dedicated he is to providing top-notch, reliable service. Adesso repair and Griff himself are awesome! My washer was making a burning smell, leaking a little water, and would not drain. I called him and he was able to come see it the next day. He cleaned out the clog and got the washer to rinse and drain (thank goodness, because a bunch of soapy clothes were in there!), but the motor was bad (would spin, not agitate).
