Absolutely terrible customer service. I accidentally left my apartment parking gate remote inside my car after OpenLane picked it up.When I called, I was told I could simply pick it up at the office (55 Auction Lane). I traveled 1.5 hours by bus, only to be treated by **Jennifer Pereyra**, whose attitude was shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. A horrible place to get anything done their service is probably the worst you could get. We came to pick up a vehicle under instruction from a dealer who uses them and because their synergy between each other is so bad they weren’t able to communicate proper procedures from one to another to give to me so we ended up going all the way to the auction site to pick up my vehicle from Barrie only for them to tell me that no we needed an appointment and they would not bring me my vehicle.
