ADESA Salt Lake has gone completely downhill. They scrapped a perfectly functional app and replaced it with a terrible platform that seems more focused on pushing Carvana’s junk inventory than helping real dealers succeed. The entire system feels rigged against the buyer—everything from the confusing app to the buying process is set up to trap dealerships.
