First of all, I love all of the five star reviews from their staff members. I wonder if they require you to do that when you are hired If you want to have your vehicles vandalized on their lot or if you want to buy solid green light vehicles that have major problems with no announcements that they won’t arbitrate when you are well within the given time period and then charge you to certify it green light but actually don’t certify the car because they know it’s got major issues but don’t tell you it’s not certified LOL and ... read more
Open until 6 pm, yet only available until 3:30 pm to redeem vehicles and 11:30 am on Fridays. They don't allow redemptions on Tuesdays. They apparently care about the dealers and loan companies more than the individuals who had their car reposed and sent to auction for anticipated release to auction. Further, in the summer of 2023 they didn't tell me to shut off my car when jumping it, the battery was dead.
