I am car dealer in Shippenville Pennsylvania. And i bought a 2015 Buick Encore. It was a nice run and drive car.. one of the employees drove it here to my shop and blow the Head gaskit. And now Adesa mercer isn't taking care of it... very bad 👎 service. There management is very poor 😢
First time there bought 5 cars 2 were green light cars upon delivery found bad transmission in one of them and they wouldn’t honor the Arbitration. Very disappointing!
