One of the worst auction experiences I’ve had. ADESA Los Angeles arbitration has been a complete joke in my experience. I bought a green-light BMW that turned out to have major hidden problems. After going through arbitration and taking the vehicle back, the case was supposedly handled and closed. When I went to pick the BMW up, the check engine light was on, the car was blowing white smoke, and the brakes were in terrible condition.
