But a mistake that I had to pay for. There is no type of professionalism anymore..I should not had to wait for something when there is a appointment involved..thats the whole concept of appointments...is it not?? I'm still fuming.. But will get over it..this place is bad business when it comes to professionalism...
Adesa, overall, is pretty good from an Auto Hauler's perspective. I would have given five stars if they would just accept the Vehicle Release Form or Gate Pass electronically, instead of making me walk from the transporter lot, all the way to the main office to print out tiny little piece of paper, it is 2026 for crying out loud. With all due respect guys -my feet hurt!
