I have worked there for a 3 years and a few months. I was one fo the first workers along with Marvin. While Adesa is a decent company, I've seen several racist situations happen. The auction driver supervisor Marvin, and some of his employees, go out of their way to make it hard for people of middle eastern/asian/black/Indian decent. Whether its dealers buying cars, or their employees, temporary employees, or applicants, they only want to hire/keep/ Be nice to Hispanics/Whites/and a few blacks just to show they are diverse. ... read more
