If you drive on Richfield Road near their parking lot, be extremely aware of their employees' driving. I've almost been in several accidents because of their consistently dangerous habits. They routinely cut people off, speed, don't use blinkers, and pull out in front of traffic, forcing quick reactions and hard braking from other drivers. Took a family member here to pick up their car. Was sent to another lot about 10 minutes away. Communication is shaky and feels like a run around, but staff was nice.
This place is horrible! Tina Hamilton didn’t do her job and have made so much inconvenience in my life. I told her ahead of time I was coming to get my car, we agreed that the car would have to be towed due to how far I live from flint. After CA sent over the release papers you would think she would do her job and put the paper and my LICENSE PLATE in my car since I told her ahead of time.
