I called on Friday, was given a Monday appointment for pickup. It’s an electric car, so I asked them to plug it in so it can charge over the weekend and won’t die. They didn’t plug it in until I called Monday. The car battery died over the weekend, so the 12V battery was drained and now has to be replaced, which could’ve been avoided had they plugged it in the first time I asked. Left multiple messages and still no response from this location. Calls go unanswered and no one follows up. Pretty frustrating experience, especially since every other ADESA location I’ve dealt with has been responsive and easy to work with. Huge difference in service here compared to the rest.
The entire Adesa corporate under the Carvana umbrella simply don't care about your business, regardless of the volume.
Nice used cars up for auction. Large facility and somewhat easy to pickup if transporting one with no issues
Most of carvana cars have dead battery, takes a act of congress to get one jumped.
