Got the wrong car since I didn’t do a condition report when buying, but Carvana/Adesa still refuse to get the Arbitration done
The management of this company needs to provide proper training for some of their supervisors. Individuals who lack professionalism and basic respect should not be placed in leadership positions. I worked as a Lot driver at this location for about 9 months, and for nearly 7=8 of those months, I endured consistent racism, discrimination, and hostility from one untrained supervisor named Alfredo Rodriguez.
