My husband’s 2016 Honda Civic was in a crash, and we were referred to Justin at Adesa. I'm the general manager of a dealership. I've never been met with such unprofessionalism. Been calling for days just to get a car sorted out that we purchased. Somebody named Mark there has not called us back at all. It was handed over to me because they can't get anywhere with the auction. We just started using Adesa but this is left a bad taste already. Brittany the sales manager is the bomb, she is always available to help even on stuff that isn't in her job description. This woman needs a raise, or a promotion!!! Just sayin!!
