I hadn’t been to Adesa in a few months and my first time back went a little better than expected. I was bidding on a vehicle shown on the TV and the auctioneer mistakenly sold me the wrong car. I went through arbitration and Amy up front also helped with the process. They reviewed the footage, were understanding, and withdrew the sale. Looking forward to do more business in the near future.
