I hate that you have to go out and try to find your own cars and that's a huge parking lot I wish there was more assistance there
⭐⭐☆☆☆ I’ve bought vehicles from ADESA Birmingham for years and have always done a lot of business here. My concern is that we’ve purchased three Santander 7 vehicles in the last month with significant issues. While I understand the arbitration decision on this vehicle, the repeated problems are concerning. If I could give them 0 stars would They lost my titles , from February! And I barely could contact them TODAY since 3 months ago, and the person who answered she didn’t give me a solution plus pretty much told me this is on me !! So it’s my fault that yall lost the titles jk jk , not doing business with Birmingham NO MORE FOR SURE , horrible staff , rude and unprofessional

I’ve been trying to contact the transportation department for about 2 weeks now. No one has answered, no call back, nothing. The front desk cannot help me with any sort of transportation matters which makes things worse. Currently in another state and I’m having trouble getting my vehicle. Very unfortunate.
