There is not a better or more caring Oncologist around! Our family had the means and ability to go anywhere else in the country and we chose to have our parents stay in State College based on our initial appointment with Dr Ajala, her staff from the nurses to reception to other doctors have been nothing but amazing and our Dad is going to live a longer life but also with her treatment approach has had a better quality of life. My mother received a cancer diagnosis on Saturday of memorial day. After anxiously waiting for the weekend to pass she called Tuesday to schedule an appointment. She called 3 times only to be told that “she’s not the only patient“ And if she was in pain to go to the ER. It is now Friday and she STILL has not heard from that office to schedule.
