Go literally ANYWHERE else unless you’re looking to deal with medical fraud. Company is nearly impossible to get a hold of and beyond frustrating to deal with once you do. They’ve owed me hundreds in refunds since June of 2024 — I’ve confirmed this with them several times yet I’m STILL fighting tooth and nail for them to actually send my money back. I’m resorting to making this a legal matter now when this never should have been an ordeal to begin with.
My husband had a telehealth appointment on December 22, charged us $150. 00. We have not heard a word back. We're on SS, I emailed asking for a refund, no response!!!! Ripping off people who already have deep depression & need help!!! In my opinion, they're a scam!!!!!
5 days off a run around and this place still hasn't called in my medication that was promised by the dr I talked to on the 11th of September. I've been lied to, and then lied to some more. I've never encountered a place line this. Everything is telehealth, they switched drs on me and the 1st time I met the new Dr she cut my meds in half without encountered being to know my situation. This place is SHADY! Stay away from them! I had been seeing them via telehealth since January 2024 for medication management for my mental health. I have seen the same person every single time( once per month, and my Dr lives in NJ, I live in NC). In June, I set up an appointment for July with my same provider, like usual.
