We have used Yuri several times and this man is awesome. He recently did a complete moss removal by hand on our large and steep roof that had built up over way too many years. He as always done a solid job of cleaning our gutters. He also makes our exterior windows sparkle. His work is far above adequate!
I recently called Iouri to help fix some soffits that had been blown out by the recent windstorm. He was very friendly and had no problem coming out the next day to fix it for me. I had one panel that was broken in half but he was able to reuse and secure it in place for me so I didn't need to pay for a replacement. We recently hired Iouri Baltchougov to work on the roof and gutters of our home in North Burnaby. The house is 110 years old, 4 storeys high, with a roof so steep that when we replaced the shingles 25 years ago, the first 4 companies we approached wanted nothing to do with working up there. Yuri performed his job in highly professional manner. He is very thorough and go extra mile to clean up some areas which I did not expect him to do so. He had done excellent job in cleaning exterior side including window of my house. He works extremely hard with long hours and I am amazed by his endurance, high energy and dedication to his work.
