Very professional and polite person did our emission testing. It’s best to read the signs and not assume that they want you to just pull your car inside, wait until instructed to pull in, I only mention this because I saw two cars just attempt to pull inside before they were waved in….understandably the workers were very frustrated. The entire process was quick and painless but you really must listen to the workers and just do exactly what they ask. I would recommend this place but my advice is above.
We always use this facility and today was by far the rudest experience by the two opening staffers. Historically, there’s a wait in the morning and traffic. Today we got there early to start the queue, not expecting any special notice. We’ve never been the first in line. There was no cone blocking either the drive nor the ticket dispenser, so ticket was taken and we pulled forward to wait until open.
