Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always responds to our tickets within minutes. They are also proactive in keeping us up to date with current software and necessary security measures. If you are looking for a reliable, professional IT partner, I strongly recommend them.

Adept Solutions takes the headache out of managing all of the IT for our medical practice. They take care of all the security required for a medical office, are very responsive to all questions. They come on site if that is what is necessary or handle most things remotely. They are always kind and polite and professional. This is a stellar IT company and I would give it 10 stars if that was possible.

We needed immediate help with a third party software update, which was quite overdue. The update by the third party went well on 5 of 6 workstations,. Adept was able to quickly identify and resolve the impediments for the 6th workstation.
