If I could provide zero stars I would. DO NOT HIRE Barbara Ellis for your needs. She repeatedly makes excuses as to why you have not received your paperwork month after month after month. Then she promises not to hold you up any longer and yet again does not follow through with her promises at all. So glad to have moved on from her "counseling" because she causes more harm than good!
I will say this," Mrs. Babara makes sure you get a full insight on the errors of your ways and make plans to prevent any and all future incedents from occuring. Thanks! For your guidance.
