James was quick to respond, diagnose and repair my roof leak. He was honest, professional and I feel he was priced fairly. I would definitely use Adept again
I had a leak in my roof and James fixed it right up. He took time to look for the leak and fix them problem. I should have called him sooner. Instead I paid another contractor which over charged me and just added caulking in an area they thought the leak was coming from which wasn't and the leak restarted. He will now be my goto for any work.
Very good work at a reasonable price would not hesitate to use him again
I used this service to repair a skylight last year. I have heavy leaking around the skylight and James, the owner, will not return my calls and messages. I offered to pay to fix it and he is running away. Don't use this company if you expect any customer service after you spend your money.
Never came back to finish the job. Called several times and left voicemails.
