Barrett has helped me in so many different ways, whether it be improving core and hip strength or using the correct exercises to improve performance. He has also helped reduce my migraines and improve my posture. He does whatever he can to make sure you get back in tip top shape. Barrett gives you exercises that you can do yourself at home without the hassle of using a machine. I would definitely recommend adept physical therapy!

Barrett is an awesome Physical Therapist! He does hands on deep tissue work with stretching and massage, rather than just sticking you on a machine. He spends far more time with you than the average therapist. Aaron and I both Highly recommended Barrett!!
