We at Coastal Swiss Precision have dealt with Adept since 2010 with us going from 1 machine to 8 machines and all being Citizens. we could not had the success we have got without the support and help from the staff of Adept, thanks for being there when we need you.
The Adept team has always provided quick & helpful support for our Citizen machines. If they don't know, they find out. They have personally driven parts to us from the showroom floor so that we could get running again the same day.
I have had the opportunity to work with Adept Machine Tools over the past 6 months, and I am never surprised by how customer-centric their team can be. They actually answer the phone when you call! Their engineers are some of the smartest people in the CNC Turning Vertical, and I can say that no one cares more about her people than the owner.
