If I there was a no star I would have done no star. The most horrible experience ever. Roofer showed up 45 mins after the scheduled appointment. Spent less than 5 mins on my roof. Left and never came to explain what needs to be done or what he saw nor nothing. And by the way he Did not do no other walk around nothing. It been 2 months since I have signed contracts with them, they removed the solar panels of the roof and left it in the backyard, I tried to contact sunrun everyday to put it back on, sunrun didn't answer my phone and my email, Ahs said it is my responsible for it and they will not do anything until sun run tell them the schedule sun run could do it but sunrun didn't communicate back with me and I stuck here. Jedidiah was very responsive and professional with the work that needed to be done to sell my deceased mother's home. We were given permission by insurance to get the roof replaced the day before closing, he had the shingles and roofers ready to start the following day (closing day) and finished in 2 days. I would highly recommend this company!!
