Lee from Adept is absolutely amazing! Great customer service! Even after the project is completed still provides after help! Cannot stress how great this company is and would highly recommend.
Adept replaced my whole house air source heat pump two years ago and I had them back for a check up. Lee was extremely thorough in check both the outside unit, inside air handler and back up heat, and heat recovery system. He definitely went above and beyond to explain what he was doing during the service as well as simple things that I could do as a home owner to extend the life of my system.
Adept was great, the guys were knowledgeable and professional. Great job on the heat pump install, I couldnt be happier :)
