We couldn't be happier with Adept! They did a great job on our kitchen as we are undergoing a remodel and needed new lighting as well as outlets, new switches and a panel. Bru and Landon were a part of our household for several weeks while they conducted their work. They were always thoughtful and would involve us as needed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good electricians!
Couldn't be happier with Adept. They helped fix some smaller issues inside my house a while back, and were nice enough to even clean up my connections free of charge. The real thing that set them apart for me was their help with my hot tub. They did some great work concealing the conduit, wiring in the boxes, and perfectly measuring where the conduit came out of the ground so the steps concealed it. Rip Off! They came out to change out 4 breakers in my breaker box and charged me $507. It took them about 10 mins total, except they didn't have the parts with them. Instead of telling me up front and giving me options to wait until they got the parts then come out, they drove around looking for parts and charged me 3 hours of labor. Horrid people, not to mention insanely creepy. Don't let these people into your house. STAY AWAY!
This review is well deserved. I have been patient with Mark and his company since October, they wasted 2 months of my time and wanted me to wait an additional 3 months for the repair. Throughout this whole ordeal, I have been the one chasing this company with reminders regarding estimates and paperwork.
