Terrible across the board. Bad service, poor communication, dishonest, inattentive, and unskilled to boot. I’ll use literally anywhere else in the state for every subsequent repair I need.
We have been very happy with Adept repairing two vehicles recently. Excellent communication/customer service. Quality and timely repairs performed on our 2009 Pontiac G8 and 2015 GMC Sierra. Will use again.
