This company sucks. They’re expensive and not worth the money. If I had any other option for sewage - I’d take it
I wish I could give Adenus 0 stars. We've had them out multiple times for over a year now to investigate a horrible rotten egg smell that seeps in through our laundry room at different times. Ultimately we hired a technician who determined the smell is SEWER GAS due to a faulty float. We thought we were on our way to resolution. NOT! The Adenus tech has failed to show for at least one appointment - claims he was here (when he wasn't) - the proof of which being that the emergency light was still on after his supposed visit.
