I agree with all the reviews stating that Adenus has the worst customer service. I hate that we have to deal with this company. We are new customers at Adenus, and I received my bill late, which resulted in a penalty because they claimed they received my payment late. Additionally, Jordan, the manager, has a very unpleasant attitude. Just rude! She should not be in a managerial position. She should not be in a managerial position. They deserve zero stars.
This company sucks. They’re expensive and not worth the money. If I had any other option for sewage - I’d take it
