I specifically asked them not to rotate my tires — they did it anyway. My tires were mismatched for a reason and they ruined the balance. When I complained, they acted like I was being difficult. They didn’t listen to instructions and now I have to fix their mistake. Waste of time and money.
Not impressed, I was seen for fibromyalgia via gulf war syndrome, as I was explaining my symptoms; he rudely interrupted multiple times. He obviously was unable to listen by what I was stating. I do not recommend
Drove two hours and they said they rescheduled me. Waited months for a appointment. Left there so upset and crying. Definitely not coming back.
