Don’t ever be a few minutes late for your appointment. They have 1 receptionist and if he’s on the phone, he will not acknowledge you’re there and will not make sure they knew you arrived within the 10 minute window that most doctors give. Instead of taking us back, they took the next patient early. The receptionist tried to say we were 12 minutes late and that’s not true. We saw Dr Jennifer Breedlove with Dermatology for my 11 year old son. She was amazing with him and though he was very nervous and tearful, she made him feel very comfortable and made him laugh. She sang and joked with him and made him feel at ease and did a fantastic job removing a small "growth" he had on his shoulder with very minimal discomfort.
