Took granddaughter out at 9:30 am on Saturday and doors locked. Says on door and website opens at 8 am. Not happy.
Came here the day after my son was in the ER with influenza B. I have a weakened immune system and take immunosuppressants so I get sick a lot. This place is a joke and the patient care is the punchline. That doctor was insulting in how she dismissed my worsening symptoms I’ve been sick for the better half of a week and she dismissed it out of hand. She wasn’t even gonna prescribe anything until I told her I came for medicine because I’m getting worse and not better. Then she made up a ten day waiting period for antibiotics (I have a medical billing license and you’re a liar) She then vanished for thirty minutes leaving me sitting in the room before a nurse came in ... read more
