My mom ended up in the emergency room last night and I specifically gave the hospital in greenfield my emergency contact information and had to call chillicothe where they shipped her and was told I needed a pass code. Adena 3rd shift did not enter my emergency information into their system so that I can get a passcode to see if my mom was going to live or if she was alive pfft biitches. Now I have to go all the way to chillicothe in person to get a pass code
