Worst care ever! Been hurt and sick for a very long time and they won't help you. They dont answer your urgent messages. I've begged and pleaded for help but they just refuse. Wish I could find a helpful doctor and safe place. They make you feel unwanted here. They dont take you seriously either. Shame. Shaking my head. Wish doctor's were actual doctors.
Just better to go elsewhere. All the future doctors leave this location. Always a revolving door of nurse practitioners. Always new front desk personnel who would rather stay on the phone then help actual people in front of their face. This will be my last appointment with adena.
Left Adena all together. Don't recommend.
They won’t answer the phone to make appointments!
Dr Violette is the best. Been seeing him for years.
