Has been a very good experience always get great service even after hours are really good at getting ahold of Dr if needed always get return calls back within short time frame.
I was pleased with my visit. Jeffrey Bidinger, MD, Dermatology is profesional, kind, and efficient. His nurse was also excellent!
Even if you pay your bill on time, they will continue sending you statements saying it’s not payed. Then send you to collections in 3 months after the first “warning” and you’ll have to fight to get out of it. I was told the matter was resolved and 2 months later (total of 6 months after the appointment) I get a call from the collections agency telling me they reported me for the same bill I just referred to. Do not come here.
Had an appointment and drove one hour to get there to be told the doctor wasn't in. The appointment had been confirmed on Friday before the Monday appt. The lady at registration was very rude and said she could not reschedule the appt. I had waited 3 months to get in.
