I have been a frequent customer at this location for a long time and have always had a pleasant relationship with the owner. However, my experience today was absolutely appalling and offensive. Despite being a regular, I was followed around the store and asked if I needed help four times in a single visit. Being shadowed like a shoplifter—especially while shopping with my young child on a hot day—is dehumanizing and unprofessional. It's the only place I go to for my hair and skin products. Very personal and friendly
If I’m on this side of town I will always come here for any last minute hair needs as they are a black owned business. I don’t recommend buying everything here as far as price and variety. Some finds can be found cheaper on amazon of course if you’re not in a rush. However we pay for convenience with anything. Their contacts are good quality.
