If I could give this zero stars, I would. I joined this gym expecting a basic level of cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for members’ time. What I experienced instead was an environment that consistently felt neglected, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. Cleanliness is a serious issue. Certain areas of the gym regularly have lingering, unpleasant odors that are difficult to ignore. Have been at Adelphos Athletics 3 years now, and it has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my physical and mental health. Tony is such a great coach and the gym atmosphere is fantastic. Love my CrossFit family :)
65yr old female, 145lbs. Have been with Adelphos 3+ years, 3 days/week, and strength train 3 days/week. Also track macros and eat clean. All of this has transformed me physically, mentally, and my confidence has skyrocketed. I spend time after every WOD working on various accessory work, which has definitely contributed to improving my skills and overall strength. I love having the opportunity to work out with this family of people, it is home to me. We are a team that support each other to succeed.
