Very rude operator. Called to have something fixed on there end. Operator was rude and unprofessional when speaking.
Cheeseheads in Paradise was a bait-and-switch. Adelman sold us an unapologetic luxury room at a five-star resort. They delivered chaos and a house run room. Save the hassle book with apple you're going to end up on their flight anyways. Once you get on that plane all your money is gone and you have no recourse.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with this travel company that I feel compelled to share. After making a reservation and paying a deposit for a dream vacation, my father unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer. He quickly lost a lot of weight and became extremely weak. We were told by his doctors he should not be left alone. As a result, I had to cancel my trip and requested a refund of my deposit.
