DO NOT USE Adelman Travel! I purchased 11 tickets to South America through them and they did not secure four of our airline seats for the flight home. We were stranded in a 3rd World country and their office was closed. Jennifer Hayes would not help us and refused to give us proper documentation to secure our seats. They would not give us any compensation when we returned home but said "my supervisor feels I have provided the service you paid for and we feel there is no need for re-imbursement from our side." I've used this travel agency for 3 vacations now and I have no complaints. The agent I work with is very nice and knowledgeable and has acquired any special requests I have had. A trip through this agency is always THE SAME PRICE AS YOU CAN FIND ONLINE. I always look up what trip I want to go on and find the best price possible online. Then I call my agent and tell her what I've found and they always match it. It's nice to have someone you can call if anything goes wrong during your trip. Highly suggested!
