RecommendedWe recently joined with KSGF on their Great Escapes Getaway to Costa Mujeres Mexico. From start to finish this trip was so well organized. The accommodations were beautiful, the food was amazing and the resort was breathtaking. I’d love to have Adelman plan another trip for us in 2020! Oh and I’d love to go on the next getaway with KSGF and the Nick Reed radio fans.
Our agent picked a luxurious resort but she didn’t have a clue about luggage costs. We didn’t even know our costs until checking in for our flight home. It ended up totaling $110 per person, RT for 1 bag. She said she didn’t understand the policy and that we could file a complaint with the airline ourselves. We also had an insurance question due to a health issue and the only person that could answer our question was out of the country for 2 weeks. Our school has taken a DC Trip for several years with our 8th grade students. I have planned it twice now with my boys and this year was by far the best one! Sarah V. Made it so easy! She was great to work with. We ended up needing 2 buses which meant 2 tour guides and tickets and meals for 70 people. Our whole trip went off without a hitch! It was great! I recommend this agent and agency to anyone planning a group vacation. I will be passing on Sarah’s name and info for our school trip next year! Thanks again!
Sarah and Cam were friendly, helpful and curtious to me throughout the trip escepially when I thought I lost my passport! They did a wonderful job of keeping all planned activities going and helping anyone who had any questions. It was my first Cruise and it certainaly was an amazing adventure!
Just went on a Royal Caribbean cruise 2/9/19 - 2/16/19 that Sarah helped us with the arrangements, including flight, overnight stay at a motel the night before cruise departure and transportation to and from the port. Sarah kept us well informed on information pertaining to our trip from the time we paid our downpayment on the trip until we returned home. My husband and I just had a WONDERFUL trip to Alaska and it was all put together in one great package by our local (Springfield, MO) Adelman Travel Agency. We will definitely use them again!

DO NOT USE Adelman Travel! I purchased 11 tickets to South America through them and they did not secure four of our airline seats for the flight home. We were stranded in a 3rd World country and their office was closed. Jennifer Hayes would not help us and refused to give us proper documentation to secure our seats. They would not give us any compensation when we returned home but said "my supervisor feels I have provided the service you paid for and we feel there is no need for re-imbursement from our side." Awful After using this travel agency in the past and they misspelled my name on tickets making it difficult to return to the States, thought we would give them another try to do things right. Big mistake! Receptionist was rude, agent treated us like second (third) class citizens-very snobbish. Won't ever be back. Wish I could've given "0" stars or better yet "negative" stars.
