The staff at Adelle’s are all amazing and so welcoming. Chelsey is a fantastic stylist who always takes the extra time and effort to make sure everything is perfect!
I went to Adelles because I had a PSW wash my hair I had told her that my hair was falling out due to medical reasons and to be extremely careful. My hair was about halfway down my back . She said to me don't you trust me so I let her wash it. Well I had the biggest knot in my hair it was pulling on my scalp ! Sara A got me in that day and I had 3 Sara's and Adelle working on my hair trying to get it as long as possible because there was no choice but to cut it! I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I used to love this place but between the complaining by the owner, and the abruptness, bullying I've seen to employees, its no wonder why she cannot keep staff. I will never return. Jody completely ruined my hair, under Adelles supervision. This used to be a great place to go but there's one too many things I've witnessed. I've taken 7 people with me, who agreed on the same thing, and we all now go to the competitors. Professionalism does not exist here and to watch employees cower to their b... read more
