Made an appointment a month in advance because I’m coming from out of town. Came in for my appointment to find out the store is closed. I even got a confirmation text saying to come in the day before. Highly unprofessional and none of my calls or texts were responded to for an apology or explanation if I should wait around for my appointment. Could have texted so I didn’t revolve my plans around staying around the area.

Lex was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! Very clean and welcoming! Amazing display of the earrings, she made us feel welcome and was a calming atmosphere.
I did a conch piercing with Lex 5 days ago and I am blown away by how smooth the process was. The boutique is gorgeous and has a beautiful selection. The piercing went quickly and Lex told me exactly what to expect. I've had essentially zero pain or soreness, which is unbelievable to me as I'm still healing from a helix piercing done elsewhere 3 months ago.
