I had a really disappointing experience here. I got a small design done on my wrist, and the technique was clearly not done properly. The surface looked fine at first, but within about 30 minutes, the design started lifting/peeling. After it came off, there was almost no color left underneath — which shows the ink was never properly applied to the skin. I had an extremely disappointing experience working here. Not only does the management fail to pay their employees on time (or at all, in some cases), but they also refuse to provide any formal employment contracts, which is highly unprofessional and illegal. When questioned, they insist that employees avoid mentioning the owners’ names and act like they know nothing about the situation. This place has misleading information about prices, severely overcharges for the work done, and the henna available at the location is low quality and doesn’t last.
This store has a sign that says "Buy one get one free Henna tattoos!" After getting tattoos for my neices, I was charged $40 for each tattoo. When I pointed out the sign, I was told the deal only applied to tattoos on one person. I already had the work done (which was sub-par), I was unable to refute the misleading advertising. I indicated the sign is misleading and was told, " It's complicated." I do not find BOGO free complicated. Do not waste your moneyhere..
It was slightly overpriced but you are paying for her artistry and skills as well as the henna. I got a full hand for 45$ in black henna and maya is such a fast worker it took like 10 minutes are so to finish mine🙈🙈 black henna takes hours to actually show so be patient with yours!!
