I called Dr. Mackay requesting an appointment. She went $traight into what type of Insurance i have, she didnt even seem concerned about the underlying issue or give me the option of paying out of pocket. Shes a gold digging crook. Try and research someone who actually cares about helping others.
I had an appointment the last week of March, today is 6/12/2018. Today, Dr. Mac Kay had told me over the phone that it is not customary to send the initial consultation reports and that those notes are her private notes. She would send me a brief summary. After insisting to send me my anything she could send me from my consultation, she was about to send it by mail which I immediately agreed.
