Had the worst experience. I went in asking for a side bang haircut, even showed a photo of exactly what I wanted—long, soft bangs reaching my chin. Instead, they did the complete opposite and cut them way too short, barely reaching my eyebrow. To make matters worse, I’m getting married in a month, and now I’m stuck with a haircut I absolutely hate. Hair doesn’t grow back overnight, and I trusted them to follow my request. I've had my hair cut here twice, and I recently also had an appointment with Gabie for semi permanent eye brow makeup. Each visit, I was very happy with the outcomes. For my brows, Gabie took the time to understand my preferences and was efficient in making the design and doing the procedure. My brows look great; I highly recommend this hair and beauty salon!
