Muy buena atencion
I honestly cannot recommend Adelante Healthcare based on my experience. On three separate occasions, I have waited over an hour just to be seen for very short appointments. Today was the final straw. I waited one hour in the reception area, then after finally being taken to the exam room, I waited another full hour for the doctor and no one came. I eventually had to leave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. NP Rachel was so wonderful. She listened to my concerns and addressed each with compassion and set up a treatment plan to address my needs esp. On a sensitive topic to treat my symptoms from menopause. I was relieved for her help.
I went for a bc change and the doctors were so sweet and gentle with me and kind enough to explain the process
