The staff was very friendly and accommodating. NP Rachel was so wonderful. She listened to my concerns and addressed each with compassion and set up a treatment plan to address my needs esp. On a sensitive topic to treat my symptoms from menopause. I was relieved for her help.

I went for a bc change and the doctors were so sweet and gentle with me and kind enough to explain the process

Forgot to send in paperwork for my wife's ultrasounds on 2 separate occasions. Then they schedule a glucose test in the office and we arrive to be told they don't do those here and they need to put in the lab works.Why have us come here to get stuff done if the staff cannot follow through. The staffing and scheduling here is a joke.

I would give 0 starts if I could. The worst office you can go to. They gave me expired tube to do baby genetics testing that I had to do outside the office. Nobody realized and after two weeks I found that by calling to the lab. I personally went back to Adelante for a new tube to retest it. My baby genetic test came abnormal so I called the office and ask if I can come for an ultrasound and they told me I need a doctor note. At this point I already gave up with this office.
