did a wonderful job cleaning some very large sisal/wool rugs. They were very stained and worn and now they look like new!
Needed our rug cleaned as after weeks of us cleaning it ourselves with the Bissell, the dog urine stains just would not come out... We are incredibly happy with the clean that was done! Worth every cent to get my filthy, smelly rug cleaned! Richard had a challenge on his hands and he really pulled it off.....my rug is now spectacular. I was in two minds to either get it cleaned or throw it out, but, as it was an expensive rug and Richard was so confident in getting it clean, I gave it a go. So happy I did :)
