Worth every cent to get my filthy, smelly rug cleaned! Richard had a challenge on his hands and he really pulled it off.....my rug is now spectacular. I was in two minds to either get it cleaned or throw it out, but, as it was an expensive rug and Richard was so confident in getting it clean, I gave it a go. So happy I did :)

Richard quoted price and completion date over the phone, I dropped my rug to him, true to his quote the rug was perfectly cleaned and delivered on time and price as quoted. Richard was professional and pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend him.

Richard is a very experienced rug cleaner, having been doing it for 20 years plus. He's a hard worker, down to earth, and above all, honest about what it will take to do a professional clean on your rug. My rug was totally filthy and came back to me clean, bright, and renewed. I've just received our 3 rugs back and we are really pleased with the results. They actually feel clean as well as look better than they have done for years. We've had our rugs cleaned by another company 2x previously. They were significantly cheaper but we have definitely gotten what we paid for! Very impressed and will be returning.
