I don't really want to leave a negative review but until now it's still upset, hurt and think of it. I had a morphology scan couple months ago, i was alone and the sonographer asked questions and she reacted with a judgement. She knows it's my first morphology scan and didn't explain that there will be a doctor at the end to talk to me. She's not saying anything except the judgement questions and after that total silence. Chose to go here over another bulk billed practice because the website says we would see a doctor at the end of the scan, but we didn't, even though the doctor's name is still on the invoice. They also weren't as sensitive as we had hoped regarding pregnancy after loss. If AWI would like to reach out for more feedback I would be happy to discuss further.
Late for appointments every single time. I have waited 30+ minutes each time to be seen, for each of the 7 appointments I have had here. Would not recommend.
100% happy with the service here with getting mirena removal, after having 6 try’s at other places getting the mirena removed here was the best decision ever should have gone here first . Watching the mirena slide right out was funny but relieved so much. The lady’s made me so comfortable and relaxed. If I ever need something done again I would def go here.
Words cannot express what a horrible experience we had here. In a moment where we needed kindness, the doctor was abrupt and rude, leaving us upset and with more questions than answers.
