I have had the misfortune to end up with 2 german shepherds with malocclusions and seen Kirsten each time. On both occansions Kirsten has squeezed us in to her packed schedule, adopted a wait and see approach initially, and done the best possible for my dogs. Earlier this year our dog Rhubarb had root canal therapy at Adelaide Veterinary Dentistry and Oromaxillofacial Services. The procedure went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the care she received. Dr Hailstone and her team were wonderful throughout. The little things made all the difference such as being kept informed as soon as Rhubarb was out of surgery and doing well, and the warm, joyful way the staff interacted with her so she felt safe and loved. Did a good job on my Dogs teeth I guess but the price it’s ridiculous. To have three teeth out ended up costing us $1100 more than the major eye surgery she had to have done at another specialist one month later. Comparing what we had to pay to the estimate we got 12 months earlier to have extra work done that we didn’t end up doing didn’t even match up
