Dr Herbert is just very good at what he does, and very personable. He never makes you feel silly for questions - takes you seriously and does not rush you, explains things very thoroughly and his opinions are well considered (& conservative if needed, not encouraging you to do schlerotherapy if it's avoidable). He obviously enjoys what he does and isn't buys/grump like many doctors and specialists. It's always a pleasure to see him. It's the third time I've seen him.
