Posting on behalf of my parents: During the process the tiler scratched brand new benchtop in multiple places by cutting tiles on the bench. Then when I complained about it the Boss tried to say he didn't know my job and that he would delete my message from his phone. Then he sent the tiler back to polish out scratches with a paint pen and car polish. Which never worked at all. I still have scratches in the benchtop.
