would avoid at all costs. wasn’t taken seriously by pain management, was discharged from the service due to ‘not complying’ because they couldn’t get through to me to book another appointment. i never received any communication from them to book another appointment, the only communication i received was a letter to say i had been discharged from the service and that i was medically stable - which is a load of bs and they know it. i have never felt so little and unheard by a service. got told losing weight would help, have lo... read more
My wife saw the top consultant here once in 2023 he actually rolled his eyes and looked at his watch while she was describing her symptoms for her fibromyalgia she suffers with. After that no contact for a whole year and then a nurse calls to offer CBT but no pain relief for my wife The place is the worse NHS experience iv ever had absolutely shambles from the receptionist’s to the lead consultant. Couldn't Fault in any way all staff were helpful and friendly And my consultant was Brilliant took the time to go through everything with me! And put a treatment plan in place! which Has already come through and at my local hospital!! More than Happy with My Appointment At The Clinic!!!
A family member waited months to be offered a group zoom meeting! Deeply unimpressed so far.
