The receptionist is a bitter cow. Doesn’t do her job properly. I am still waiting for “my quote” as she couldn’t even be bothered to raise it while I presented at the practice on the day. Being a practice manager myself I know this was power play. I wonder how many other people have walked because of her bad attitude. The specialist seemed nice enough. My wife has been attending this practise weekly over the past year, with such a long process to treat her condition it has been made so much more enjoyable having Julie the nurse manager there. Thanks to Julie my wife even looks forward to going for the friendly conversation and excellent care. We are lucky that this practice was recommended by our GP and would highly recommend anyone who needs specialist care to see Adam Sheridan and be well looked after by Julie.
